Reiki helps with Recurring Depression

After completing my  Reiki 1 workshop with Angela I practised giving Reiki to my sister who was suffering from a recurring depression at the time. During the session I felt like something was lifting off her.

The next day she phoned me to tell me she felt a huge change in her emotional well-being and was convinced it was as a direct result of Reiki. She hasn't looked back since.
