Reiki assisting with back pain relief
When I was in hospital suffering from a ruptured disc, I had a visit from Pat Ashe who offered to give me a Reiki treatment.
Following my release from hospital, Pat came to my home and gave me three Reiki sessions. I found these to be a great help to my condition - they were therapeutic and relaxing and helped me to get back on my feet again.
Up until that time, I had been unable to sit down. I either had to stand or lie flat. With the help of the Reiki sessions over the course of a month I was able to sit and to get back to my normal routine.
I was so grateful for being offered this treatment and for the kindness of Pat.
